Vendor’s Fair June 19-20, 2020

Vendor Registration

The annual New Mexico Classical Guitar Festival, hosted by Guitar New Mexico, is the largest and oldest in New Mexico. Held in Albuquerque every June, students and adults gather from around New Mexico and surrounding states for a four day festival, educational classes, guitar orchestras, concerts by world known classical guitarists and opportunities to see new and innovative guitars created by luthiers that really care about our instruments. Luthiers get to meet other luthiers and compare and discuss their industry. You will have opportunities over two days, Friday and Saturday, to meet the festival attendees several times each day and begin your conversations that will bring you future sales and conversations with the attendees. Locked storage space is available at the end of each day if you choose to use. Please remember, to use the space is at your own risk! The event locations are good but there will always be a risk unfortunately. Lunches, concert tickets, tables and a private demo room is provided each luthier in attendance. Table clothes are available but signs will be provided by you, the vendor. Daily rehearsals and luthier displays are held at the Albuquerque Youth Symphony Building about a mile from the University of New Mexico campus where the nightly concerts are held at Pope Joy Hall Building. There is an opportunity for the luthiers to show their wares to the general concert attendees prior to the Saturday evening featured artist concert which has a good public attendance. There is plenty of various motels and hotels within close proximity of the daily events. Please go to our vendor registration, click on vendor registration, and the details of the contract will be presented during registration. Take a 10% discount from the per table fee of 150.00 if signed up prior to January 1st.
